Business requests will be confirmed in writing (email) by the client directly to GORDON & DE MOL Consulting.
GORDON & DE MOL provides coaching, facilitation & training services.
GORDON & DE MOL will not be held liable for any costs incurred to the client due to a cancellation which is not under their control (Force Majeure)
GORDON & DE MOL cancellation: everything possible will be done to try to find a replacement or alternative date and the organiser/ individual being coached must be informed in writing
CLIENT cancellation: terms of cancellation will be agreed in writing with client in advance of commencement of engagement. Cancellation must be communicated in writing and the client must have confirmation from Karen Gordon or Frank de Mol that the cancellation was received
In the event the client makes a cancellation the agreed cancellation fees will be due
Refunds will be given where full payment has been made in advance and the cancellation policy applies
The client will be required to be willing to put in the necessary amount of work to achieve their goals with the understanding that these services are to guide them. GORDON & DE MOL is not responsible for them achieving their goals. This is their responsibility and depends on their willingness to listen, self- reflect, plan time in and to get further help if necessary.
Coaching is a confidential relationship for both the client and GORDON & DE MOL. Our coaches follow continuing professional development and supervision. GORDON & DE MOL will not disclose the content of coaching/client conversations, except in general terms and anonymously when undertaking their own supervision.
GORDON & DE MOL agrees to keep any sensitive business information given by the client confidential. This includes information you have developed or disclosed to us about your business, affairs, customers, clients, plans, intentions, market opportunities, operations, processes, product information, know-how, designs, trade secrets, software or personal details.
The terms will be agreed in writing in advance of provision of services.
We are committed to abide by the European, Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) Global code of Ethics. You can download the code here
According to EMCC code of Ethics we have a duty to discuss with the client the possibility of lifting confidentiality in an illegal and/or harmful situation.

Business will be conducted in accordance with Dutch law.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Statement describes how GORDON & DE MOL manages personal information and respects your privacy.
GORDON & DE MOL will keep your data only for the necessary amount of time. You can exercise your right to have your data deleted from GORDON & DE MOL’s files. Please notify us of this request in writing. You will be notified in writing when this has been done. Data such as your name and address will be kept on the invoice file for a period of 7 years as required by the tax office in the Netherlands.
Your Data will only be passed on to a third party in certain circumstances on receipt of your permission in writing. Once your Data is passed on, GORDON & DE MOL will no longer be responsible for that Data.
All reasonable precautions will be taken to keep your data secure.
Complaints
We hope that you will never have a reason to complain about GORDON & DE MOL and the data we store about you.
