With a background in Management and HR, Karen draws from a wealth of experience in her coaching, training and consulting across industries. Originally from Ireland, Karen has lived in five countries before making her home in the Netherlands with her bilingual family. She coaches and train clients from all five continents in diverse professions.
Oana is a GTCI, EMCC certified team coach and process communication model trainer. She was an executive director for 12 years and the Romanian CEO of one of the largest global media agencies in the world.

implementing team coaching and leadership development projects in local and multinational companies. Mentoring includes preparing directors for C level positions.
Sally Sally graduated as an Ontological Coach, is a Gallup Strengths Coach, an Enhanced Level Breakthrough Coach, Systemic Team Coach with GTCI and practitioner with ACE Coach Accelerator. She facilitates and coaches business leaders to reinvent their organisations to keep up with changes in the external marketplace. Skilled in driving organisational transformations, workforce optimisation and productivity, proven track record in building successful leadership teams and developing talents and driving successful integration and harmonisation in mergers.
Angel is a certified Team Coach, Agile Coach and Lewis Deep Democracy Practitioner. As a passionate certified Agile Coach & Systemic Team Coach, she helps build high value-creating teams and organisations. Angel's work enables teams to tap into their collective wisdom, allowing their creativity to emerge. Frank de Mol is an EMCC educated coach, trainer and consultant for global organisations and individuals. Frank is a Dutch native who spent most of his working life outside the Netherlands. His international experience and continued learning allows him to combine a wide range of knowledge and skills. Based in Amsterdam now, he continues to support individuals and teams from all over the world.
Shahriar is an international trainer, coach and consultant with GTCI, EMCC Team Coaching accreditation. He is the founder and Managing Director of a Training and Consulting company in Bangladesh and the UK and has been working for more than 16 years for a leading UK based consulting firm. His experience spans across Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Japan, Kenya, Lebanon, Malaysia, Nigeria, Singapore, The Netherlands, UAE, UK, Vietnam, and Yemen, traveling regularly.
Abigail Isokpan is an ICF - Master Certified Coach (MCC) and GTCI Certified Team Coach. Abigail works with her clients to clarify their life priorities and uncover transformative paths for taking responsibility to actualise their potential. Focus is on working with business executives to improve their leadership, communication, corporate culture, and alignment with organizational values.
